Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery timeline across India is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen logistical delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions during limited drops or for orders above a certain value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. In-Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our Support Center with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
